Account Registration

Account Suspension & Closure

9a99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Your account is under investigation for fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
- Your account details cannot be verified to the standard required by 9a99's KYC programme.
- Your account has been accessed or is suspected to have been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- You are under the age of 18 or have provided false information about your age.
During a suspension period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. 9a99 will contact you at the email address registered on your account with details of the suspension and any steps required to resolve it. Funds in your account balance at the time of suspension will be held securely and returned to you upon resolution of the investigation, provided no breach of these terms is confirmed.
Account Closure by Player

Upon receipt of a valid closure request, 9a99 will process the request within 24 to 48 hours. Any remaining account balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method following satisfactory completion of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds.
